No minutes have been sent for review. Kim Heliwell will ask Bob Haller if
he has any notes from the meeting.

- Announcements - EIA Call for Patent Disclosure:

No company declared a patent

- AR Review

No record of ARs.

- Opens for new items

Discussion of chairmanship:
Bob Haller is unable to chair these meetings for a while, but we need
to keep the group going. Mike LaBonte will take over for a while.
We are hopeful that Bob Haller would rejoin someday.

Use of MeetMe audio conferencing:
MeetMe phone number and ID sponsored by Cisco is used for this call and
calls going forward. With MeetMe participants are not connected until
Mike LaBonte joins. Mike's phone number, in case phone bridge is not
open: 978-936-2147

Discussion of group goals going forward:
1) Implement IQ checks by enhancing ibischk
2) IC maker "evangelism" to use IQ checks

Discussion of how IQ website updates happen:
The SiSoft website is used as a buffer, a temporary place to store files
until they can copied to eia.org. Michael Mirmak copies from SiSoft to eia.org.
We might setup a new account at EDA.org so someone else can administer.
Michael Mirmak will be back next year. Barry Katz might be willing to
receive updates by email, meanwhile.

Do we need to expand the group?
Core membership fallen from 6 to 4. Form this point on phone calls might
not have EDA software representation. The IQ product has been produced,
it needs to be "packaged". But new members would have to get up to speed.
We decided to leave it at 4 core members for now. Of course, anyone can
join any time if they wish.

Recollection of earlier ARs: someone was going to divide up 6 or 7 top
priority bugs.

AR: Mike ask Barry to accept updates

AR: Kim Heliwell ask Bob Haller for November meeting notes.

AR: Mike update priority list with Kim's input.
